Brief Description of Project

The State Bank of Southern Utah, completed in 2000, is a two story building with a basement. The building is approximately 25,000 square feet and is heated, cooled and ventilated by two rooftop units, DX cooling with remote air cooled condensers and heating water produced by a forced draft boiler. The computer room is cooled by a separate air conditioning unit with remote dry cooler.
